Apple bought a small chip startup called Intrinsity back in 2010 for 120M. Yeah, orders of magnitude smaller than Qualtrics. That’s why I didn’t buy any RE in Austin.

Salt lake is a lot more desirable to live than Austin. Low humidity. World class skiing and 30. National parks within 5 hours drive. Including Vegas
How does SLC compare with Denver? Denver gets expensive with lesser schools.
Is Mormon culture hard working or laid back?
Mormons work hard. No homeless. Low crime. People are polite and friendly.
Lots of good restaurants. Winters are pretty mild. Summers rarely get over 100. Nice place to live . I have been visiting since 1982…it has become very cosmopolitan z
Does SLC has too much land compared with Denver? I don’t fully understand the expensive RE in Denver
Colorado is expensive. Utah is cheap. Except Park City. Utah is a much better buy. Better snow too.
