Can you just get the old copy of the previous recording, type an exactly same form, just replace the property address? You can get it done for free. Is it that hard?
Or just hire an escrow officer and I think they will charge a lot less.

Yes. Buyer name = Living Trust. Me = Trustee.

Yes …if trust is established ask title to put name of trust on deed …varies with banks …some are ok to put it directly others say get the title in your name and then transfer to trust
