This home came on sale with Open House 09/10 & 09/11. I figured out this is the lowest fixer upper in nice location,

Suddenly, this has gone pending and Open House removed !

Even though fixer upper, the buyer has at least $100k Margin of Safety at that location.

This sale is over now!
