It wouldn’t surprise me. There are cranes everywhere. Rents keep increasing, and they are running out of land to gentrify. There’s tons more office space with more going up. Next month, I move to a brand new building.

Condos are more risky than sfhs or even multi family…You have no control…In fact rental condos are more risky the owner occupied because the tenant mix can go bad…in many complexes if the renters become more than 30% financing becomes difficult. …
