Yeah EWB can’t compared to BofA, but EWB is great for rentals and stated income programs.

For rental home, 50% LTV, I am getting 7 ARM (yes ARM as I planned to sell within 5 years) at 3.25% (equal to 4.25% for 30 year fixed), but slow in processing 90 days lock with no cost, no point loan.
