Yes, I think the guy’s right.
That’s the guy that invested huge in Palm just before they completely failed. He was convinced they’d be the big winner in touch screen smart phones.
He also said that HTML5 is a solution to everything mobile. Oops. But his point is that Snapchat does not lend itself to ads as well as Facebook is. So far it looks that way. Maybe in the future SC will pull something out of their sleeves and prove us old geezers wrong.

The ad thing makes sense. Ads would be awkward on SC. Twitter dropped the ball on how to have ads. FB has figured it out. They make a ton of money, and the ads aren’t hurting the user experience.
