Milpitas Condo Market Weakness/Crash?

Seeing a few listings in Milpitas for recent condos that seem to be at least 100k under recent sale prices in the area. Is this a new trend of market weakness in the Milpitas condo market?

Will be interesting to see how much these actually end up selling for…one of them sold for $950k just a few months ago, had a $40k reno and is now listed at $888k!


The whole market is down about 10-15% in south bay.3
