It’s crazy people are already advertising it when Google has said they won’t start construction for another 5-8 years. I’ve noticed it in other listings in the area too.

Having kids is a high probability event. Google doesn’t even have city approval yet and says they don’t want to build into BART is at Diridon. I don’t blame the owner for wanting to cash out on the new. There’s a chance the whole thing goes belly up.
