In the last week or so the redfin search results no longer show HOA, lot size, $ sq/ft etc. adjacent to the map, by the side of the selected property. These are important details before we decide to click on a property and look further. It’s now so much more time consuming to analyze the search results. If you think this has annoyed you, please write to them at customersupport@redfin.com from your redfin registered email id. You can just copy the relevant parts of this message. Hopefully they’ll fix it if there are enough complaints.

Please ignore. This has to do with the monitor resolution. When I switched to higher res monitor it was ok.

Do people see Redfin sale signs more often nowadays?
Even so, they no longer list the lot size at the very top. Complained about that a while ago. Lot size is a huge part of the data. 8000 sq ft lot with a 2BR 1 bath can be equivalent to 6000 sq ft lot with 4br 2ba because you almost certainly have space to build.

Lot size matters in Bay Area since cost of the land comprises the bulk of the house price. Doesn’t matter much in Austin unless is very different like 8000 sq ft vs 1 acre.
