Buying an overpriced house is not investing. …it is called self indulgence

Really? A husband plus a playmate on the side??? Hmm… that’s one happy lady

I am pretty sure Steph is crying his heart out about now regarding his “loss” on his WC home…

A group of us own a self storage facility in Ventura…put in $3m cash, get $30k per month net return… that is an investment …A house like this white elephant is not

You have a point. To a super rich person, a house is not an investment but an expenditure, like a car. Steph is selling his home like selling a used car…

If my wife started wasting money on remodeling I would hire a PI…She is bored…Might be sleeping with the contractor or designer…I have seen this happen many times after designing 1500 homes…Often remodeling is a sign of unhappiness in the marriage

Since he is done with this house, a low ball bid might be considered…Karl Malone gave away his 20k sf mansion in Salt Lake for $2.5m…It cost him almost $10m…indoor pool, basketball ct…huge place

What about blogging on this site?

Hey, hey, hey now… there must be a TON of uphappy flippers/contractors/investors in the Fab 7x7 then…

Um… I’m not going to bother to look…

Absolutely. If people are perfectly happy in a marriage why would they spend so much time posting nonsense onto a forum??? I’d rather spend some quality time with the family…

I think blogging is theraputic, plus I am too old…My wife is much more jealous of my sailboat…A mistress that is never satisfied. …

Hey, some of us happen to love our wife wholeheartedly (wedding anniversary coming up…i remembered) and also love real estate porn. Can have both…

Back on topic, I would much rather have Karl Malones house than Stephs…altough neither is a savy investor. …We just bought our dream home…My wife is better at investing than I am. And neither of us cared whether we got a good deal or not…We just love the house…

I think after I turn a certain age (60?), I can care less about whether a house is a good investment or not. I would just buy one because I want to live in that place regardless of its value. Right now, I only buy properties if they make sense financially…

Steph Curry house pended!!!

Good, Steph was getting worried about his next meal for his family…
