I think either you or your wife should retire and depend on the other person’s health coverage through the employer. Probably you’d make more sense so you can focus your energy on RE aka manage your rentals and actually take advantage of your inside deals.
Still? Come on dad!
Well, my coverage is way better than my wife’s and I make more than her so she will more than likely retire before I will so there goes that idea…
So this property was presented to me a few days ago by an agent trying to win an opportunity to exchange my Fremont home for something closer. Gosh, seems like a decent deal with potential for RWC. Someone here should grab it.
Lot is 2900sf, very small in RWC standard. Is it a big problem for appreciation?
Ghetto area
Maybe for now… (Remember East Palo Allto???)
Still Ghetto
I thought you liked getting all dirty and roughed up? Come on, man, what happened to you? Opportunities in RE these days means most likely run-down or fixer upper country. And I am sure this is not nearly as bad as some Oakland neighborhoods were/are…
RWC ghetto is still way better than EPA
You are right. Headed into my later years. Selling my apartments in South LakeTshoe.
Still keeping the ones in South Sacramento. Probably a rougher area than even EPA.
