NY man avoids eviction for 23 years, still lives in house he doesn’t own for free

A truly inspirational story.

A New York man has managed to live in a house he doesn’t own for more than two decades — for free.

The New York Post reports Guramrit Hanspal, 52, has lived in a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 2468 Kenmore St. in East Meadow, Long Island, since 1998. According to court records, he “bought” it for $290,000 but only ever made one mortgage payment, for $1,602.37, before defaulting.

Same energy as this one:

The NY man is a moron (or is he?). A bank’s worst nightmare. He probably knows he’ll never be able to rent/buy anywhere else for years.

wow great! Want to learn how exactly he did it in detail

Imagine combining the talents of both men. Skipping work for 15 years while living for free for 23.
