I didn’t use the words “morally wrong”. I just said it’s not good business. In the case of 60 day move out, you won’t see the tenants ever again. You rocket the rent up you will be dealing with the same set of tenants.
I thought AB 1482 only allow just-cause evictions?
Speaking of Chinese landlords, there are many in Sunset still renting out their illegal basement conversions. These people are picking up pennies in front of a steamroller. Will get crushed sooner or later.

I have a friend-of-friend split their Castro Valley single family house into 4 units… 
They want to add another ADU in the yard…
He’s a fob and likes to make fun of us, Americanized / American ppl, because we “have no balls to make big money”.
Makes me almost want to report him to the county…
