Ingleside should at least be better than Oceanview.

Exactly where are the bad parts of Oceanview?

The area near Broad & Capitol is not so great. There was a shooting earlier this year at that intersection and some innocent bystander got shot and killed. I think between Broad and Lobos near Capitol is a little tougher than the rest.

Ingleside is pretty nice. Obviously the more north you go the better.
