Many people in SV already earn more than this amount from the full time job so they won’t get the 20% benefit
Pass thru only. You guys W2 slaves can’t get any of that. 
Why do writers rarely mention when a deduction has an income limit? So many deductions phase out or aren’t available above certain income limits. Then all you read is how the rich get all the tax breaks.
