Only the brave get into those places. Or maybe the smart ones.

I know someone who bought more than 10 SFR in EPA during the downturn. All paid for with the HELOC on her PA primary residence. Hasn’t sold any.

Where in East SJ? EPA is gone. ESJ still has potential.

I would have bought anything surrounding Ikea and Home Cheapo. Anything close to Dumbarton stay away.

I don’t know if that changed recently.
