Smart move by this guy, trust in MSFT. Knew about it a while ago, but with trump threats best to buy buy in vancouver? I know RE is very pricey but dont see any easy alternative to relocate H1Bs.
This is what happened, Supply 1000s of H1bs to work at microsoft and also rent apartments to them. Get money from MSFT and make money of MSFT workers.
