Uh newsflash @manch. We all (you included, Grand Overseer Of All Real Estate Related Matters) will cease to exist one day (regardless of how many condos or lovely PA SFHs we gather into our arsenals). We could checkout for many reasons, from genetically predisposed ones to the unfortunate random luck of chance.
My point: Enjoy life. If you want a real hamburger, get a really large one and enjoy it. Life is to be lived. A life of every compromise imaginable is certainly not a life I nor you would want to live anyway…
