@donwede123 @acre @hanera Thanks a lot for all your responses. I posted the original message in Oct 2020. I had a tenant who stayed there for almost 18 months with two cats. When they vacated the place, I did not observe any issues with pets.

Had a tenant sneak a cat in …kept the litter box in the closet …cat peed all over the closet, walls …nightmare to get the smell out …tore out carpet sub floor sealed floor and replaced with laminate …its not worth the hassle …expect damages to be ~$1000 min …drop the rent and take non pet owners …my $0.02
