I have a problem picturing it graphically. House price (inflation) = Constant x Square of inflation?

Theoretically house prices should trend at least with inflation.

But we were not even talking about house prices. I think we were talking about interests rate, and why I think we may see much higher rate in the next 10 years. So it’s a good time to load up on fixed rate mortgage debt at 4%.
