Of course you can imagine the sort of properties my social group throws at me 
So a Googler is looking to make his great getaway to a lightly regulated rural area where, among other things he can pursue his hobby - which is breeding reticulated pythons. He has 30 of them in a 2 car garage in Mtn View converted into a snake zoo (no, the neighbers don’t know). Some of them approach 17 feet in length.
Anywho the major problems I saw here were 50’s construction and cooling by evaporative means only which is not only marginal but puts a lot of moisture into the home over time. That and a need to investigate the sustainability of the well. Any other issues obvious - other than it’s in the middle of BF nowhere and no one but this guy or maybe a survivalist would want it?
Actually, Ixnay the survivalist - you can’t grow much food out there.
