Looked at a few houses in Piedmont (good schools). Wow, what a huge disappointment. Old, small houses going for prices/sqft just a little below Burlingame/San Mateo… the only decent ones were waaay up the hill in the boondocks. Definitely not worth the extra commute crossing the Bay
Realtor texted to check on things. Asked about extending the lease… she “kind of” recommended to wait and see how things play out… let’s put it this way… not very pushy to buy, for sure. She is also selling her house. Apparently houses going for below asking price in Hillsborough lately (could be the time of the year?). I don’t know…
