Where did you see this notice? I’ve never seen an offer date posted for something.
Last I talked to Redfin about it, I was told that they do try to make sure that a different agent handles all aspects of the house offers. If they have multiple buyers, they would get different agents to put in the offers. Don’t know if that’s still true…
Redfin emailed me.
There is a page on redfin where you manage email notifications. You can get updates on things like deadlines for houses you are interested in. I assume you would have to favorite them to get emails.
