I keep raising rents in Tahoe and my tenants won’t leave. I don’t even care, if they leave. If they leave, I remodel and flip. If they stay I keep getting 5% more rent every year…

As long as my tenants lie, whine and make a mess I will raise rents… Being a landlord is great except for the tenants taxes and toilets… lol

Read the full report. San Jose dropped 0.08 percent (pretty much no change) where as Austin dropped 0.44 percent.
