However, the whole Phoenix metro area is seeing a serious inflow of people and it’s expected to continue for some time. Lots of manufacturing moving in. Or if you don’t being in BF nowhere Kingman, up the I 40, which in terms of “vibe” is about as far from Scottsdale as you can get, is about to see 100 million dollars pour in from Nucor Steel as they expand there.
It looks like it was a good buy back then, but so was everything else. Don’t wait to buy RE. Buy and wait…Looks like prices will be soft nationwide . At least til January. Might be one of the few times yo wait.
