what is the open space behind the home? Any water ways hidden underground or something else? It is running entire fremont to Milpitas line (open space)
This one is Weibel and Irvington school. The original asking price of $1.55m might be a bit too high. It would have been pending already if it asked for $1.4m in the first place.
It is really about the asking price. This one priced much higher than it should have been. Recently a colleague of mine bided 100K more on the asking in American High area (a bit of fixer), and he got in second only. The first is 90K more than him. Sorry for the winning bid, but in reality people lost track in multiple bidding situation.
