Selling 3 months after a bad comparable

How do I rebalance the loans on primary and rental without a job or a job that pays as much as I used to make ? They won’t let me do a cash out refinance.

There are a few ways, one of them is:

But only up to 200k, which should be enough for your cash flow for a while.

True, at this time, without jobs, you can not. Now, employment rate is low and chances are there you will get a job faster.

Try it for 3-6 months. If you do not get it, just decide to sell, may be next Jan/Feb 2019.

If you can not hold until then, there no way but to sell it.

If someone buys it here, you can reduce expenses, but it is up to you.

Thanks everyone for your valuable inputs. I think I will hold off for 6 months and re-evaluate my cash flow situation at the end of the year.

Will do

wuqijun, how did you keep your assets or acquire more assets without income ?

He has investment income, financial independence, but he is not with W2 income. He buys using full cash ! IIRC, he took margin cash from stocks and bought homes !!

You know, if you can set @wuqijun up with a nice gal who can pop out a few babies, oh, say 2.37 babies (on average) I understand a fat red envelope (commission) might be headed your way…

Yes, the crazy, obnoxious SFDRAGONBOY is back, Batches!!!
