Gee, not exactly earth shattering news but hey it’s a slow Friday…
Hmm… could it be that we feel good to actually own a home in one of the most expensive markets?
How we feel is determined to a large part by how we compare with other people around us. If you are surrounded with other home owners you don’t feel anything special. However in SF and other expensive markets, you are surrounded by renters, and you feel particularly good by comparing yourself with them.

What is there not to like, if you own here? Yes, the BofS and rent control are negatives but you own in the fab 7x7!!! Cha-ching, baby, every hour on the hour!!!
