It’s right there in front of his eyes, but he refuses to acknowledge. Too bad! 
I’ve actually tried those several years ago. Ok, but not anything to boast about. We get the best burgers from meat we grind ourselves using mostly chuck we buy on sale when it’s $3.99 per pound. The texture is so much better and makes very tasty burgers.
