If we want to stay on top, shouldn’t we be doing this too in CA???

Almost major tech companies sponsor lot of research funding in our UCs and every UC has at least 50 + research programs sponsored by big tech firms !

You have not see the crowd for computer science courses in all bay area colleges, including community colleges. The crowd is much bigger than our open house !

If you haven’t paid attention, that’s one of my long time concerns. This country, the epicenter of the computer, internet, the cloud, can’t educate its citizens?

College level is TOO LATE!!! I am talking about high schools and maybe even before.

So this year, companies and educators are making a push at the Legislature in hopes of formalizing and garnering more financial backing for computer science programs in high schools.
