I listened to this podcast a couple of days ago and they said just the opposite. Now, i am confused…
We have a couple of units turnover last month. we filled them with minimal turnover, but rents were effectively flat year over year. Lots of foot traffic, but we had to drop rents to be flat to start getting applications in. Then again not the best time of the year to get a vacancy. :\
