Looks like a decision is a long way off. But a court that nullifies Roe could surprise us. Rent control has been around since WW2 and is getting worse lately

A prospective tenant threatened to kill my property manager yesterday. She also threatened to have him arrested for refusing to rent to her. She has a criminal record, no income bad credit … yet she feels entitled . Tenants rights groups have way too much power.
