With the premium outlet and vast vacant land, Livermore could become a commerce center or even a job center with 10 million square feet of office space for Google East. Too much vacant land in Livermore, it’s a crime to keep it vacant
The crime is 580 traffic. Locals don’t want anymore development until the traffic problem is solved.
