Elon Musk committed fraud with his 420 takeover tweet. I am sure there must be some Chinese nationals who lost money because of that. Fraud is against Chinese law, maximum penalty is death. 
Bezos violated Chinese sovereignty when he purchased Whole Foods, which is a ripoff of the Alibaba patented technology of an online place expanding into supermarkets. Maximum penalty: 5 horses separating corpse (五馬分屍).
When every investor is walking out, Elon is putting Tesla factory at China !
In future, you will see Elon will dine with Xi and he may be technical adviser to Xi, who knows this will happen !
