Another win for STEM! There is this tidbit in the article:
Goldman saw its summer internship and full-time campus applicants rise by 11% in 2016. The firm had 130,000 applications for 5,000 internship and full-time campus roles. The bank also saw a 4% hiring rate, with approximately eight out of 10 accepting offers.
I remember Stanford has a 5% acceptance rate? So it’s tougher to get an internship from Goldman than getting admitted to Stanford.
