Agreed, all that junk will catch up with you. What I can’t get my arms around is how come South Korea still then ranks so high on life expectancy (see my recent post)? I may be making a general statement (my apologies, if so) but aren’t SK males big on smoking and drinking too? Maybe, just not so much???
