This reminds me of a failing company with 7% market share saying it’s because customers are wrong. There’s a reason a small percent of realtors get 93% of the sales volume. Those realtors are probably doing the things the author says realtors should do.
A huge part of why the industry works the way it does is the compensation model. Unless people are willing to pay hourly rates, realtors are going to focus their time on helping people that are serious about buying/selling. Realtors aren’t really for trying to decide what you should do. They execute once you decide.
