Sounds like branch positions not corporate ones. I tried to use them recently and was NOT impressed. They literally wasted 3 weeks of time to tell me they don’t offer the product I needed.
Well, at least they are open to 6pm M-S here. Lame, BofA closes early during the week and at 2pm on Sat. Come on!!!
