Agree on bay area real estate, seems like a no-brainer when you just sit there while your property appreciates.
I don’t understand Bitcoin. I mean I understand the tech, but I don’t know its fair value. Seems like it benefits from lots of Chinese trying to ship their money overseas.
Bitcoins are mainly bought by millennials. I do not have and do not plan buying them.
