My point exactly. Apartments are mainly for the poor and working class . All these new class A apartments being built in the BA are not needed. The need is for more Class C like my apartments in Sacramento that rent for $1000/m
Adding expenses to building is not needed. Cheaper less frills housing is needed
Fair, my average profile is $5000/m.
There are renters at all ends of the income scale. A $5000/m unit will see an EV charger as a bonus. a $1000/m unit will not.
There’s nothing like returning home, and finding out it is a welcoming place.
We are going to install air conditioning. I’ve been making a killing with my IULs and wife deserves a nice home.
Of course, home would be better without me. 
Well, not exactly true. Look at Manhattan. Essentially apartment living no?
