Well, what’s China, India, Vietnam, and any country sending their high tech guys to the US waiting for to have their own Silicon Valley?
They have their workers ready to run.
Oh, wait! They pay them miserable salaries. Got it!

A high tech guy, very young, 22, told me that he got $500 a month for doing something there that he does here for 10-15 times.
