I’ve seen so many opportunities around the US. Bunches of commercial deals with 10% cap.
Just here in the bay area I know this guy who didn’t even buy a warehouse, he leased it for many years and he is raking $ millions a year, all a sweet deal. I can’t imagine if he bought that place. He would be swimming in $s.
