Just saw a big price reduction on (http://www.875humboldt.com). Does this mean the techies will give Brisbane a miss?
Brisbane is the opposite of walkable. It’s hilly with narrow winding street and its so-called downtown is half empty. I bet many SF natives can’t even name the town. It’s not that anybody will miss Brisbane. They never even know it exists.
