That is not a great pick imho. Woodside Plaza/rwc re mkt is cold and the area is gang infested, schools unsafe. Air quality leaves something to be desired. No offence to the locals…
Off topic: I would rather go with a red hot market if considering an investment. Much hullabaloo has been made of Round Rock and the numbers look ok but Twentynine Palms is the hottest market right now, something big must be in the works… Morongo Valley and Yucca Valley also have high rates of return. I avoid RR because of high taxes and insurance but Zillow shows it as quite warm (indicates seller’s mkt) on the scale fwiw.
I have never in my 10 years here heard of Woodside Plaza being considered unsafe or having gang activity outside of a former overreactive principal who called the police when things got uncomfortable. But the gangs don’t come from that area.
