How would you rank?
For me, the property and condition tell me all I need to know about the landlord.
Yelp is anonymous opinions. And, like certain body parts, everyone has them.
If there are many, many ratings; I can take them into consideration. But rentals have limted turnover. Probably too few ratings to consider trends from.
We wouldn’t have signed.
In fact, we did try asking the front neighbors about the PM company because the yelp reviews were not very good, but the only person who answered only spoke Spanish and my husband did not.
