You are right…Trulia was their only competition and Zillow bought them…They have convinced realtors to pay up to 30% of their revenue for ads…They might be making money…who knows…

Many pay up to $8k/m for multiple ads…Min of $150/m to be like 1 in 12 agents rotating in a small market…It is supply and demand. .I am sure PA is very expensive …The pictures of realtors popping up in the ads rotate throught the day…the purchasers of the ads have no idea how many othwrs are paying to be in the same zip code. …totaly unregulated. …just like mafia protection money…They call realtors everyday promising them an exclusive in a prime zip code…A total lie…
Google recently bought Waze to make maps better. It doesn’t make sense to do that when spin it off. That is unless you have the yelp strategy department where you buy grub hub then put yourself up for sale.
