Dividend Stocks

Most of my money in OHI, CCP, BA, LMT, AAPL, QCOM, GILD…dividend stocks. I moved to dividend payers, no more selling/buying, just hold for dividends. As soon as I get some dividend money I buy it !

I do not have big money to play now.

I am not interested in buying index fund as I choose the stock, when it is down attractive like HD or COH or SYF, to buy it.

Still I have less than 20 stocks !

My dividend stocks are:

DUK - Electric Utilities
PCG - Electric Utilities
AWK - Water Utilities
AWR - Water Utilities
T - Telecom Utilities
VZ - Telecom Utilities
RSG - Waste Management
WM - Waste Management
CCP - Healthcare
OHI - Healthcare
COST - Grocery that I visited weekly
Total = 12 stocks. Most are pretty green so don’t feel like adding. Waiting for Mr Market to become bearish before adding PG, CLX, JNJ and UNH.

For whatever reason, many analysts are pumping CSCO and INTC. Are there some truth in what they are saying? If so, have the price accounted for them yet?

Got rid of DUK, T, CCP (SBRA) and COST to raise cash for F10
