This is way more unique.

How far is it from downtown Seattle?

It’s right near the sounder train which is 45 minutes to just south of downtown. It drops off at the football stadium. That train has very few stations/stops, so it’s pretty fast. That’s why that pocket has higher home values. The other stop N of Seattle is in Edmonds. Prices are higher there too. They do a good job of integrating everything. Both of those train stops are next to ferry terminals that go to islands. The islands those two ferries go to are mostly vacation homes.

What’s unique about it? Because it was a church?

I always wanted to buy an old church and renovating it, or a warehouse. Warehouse lofts look sick, so does a church one.
