Even June 27th is an extremely fast flip. How do they do it? Do they have in house crew to do all the remodeling? I’d love to learn from these pros…
I think with 4 - 5 weeks a lot can be done if you have 3 -4 people crews standby and also depends on whether they went with permit or not. They didn’t say anything in the description.
And I still haven’t found any contractor I am totally OK with. They always one thing or another wrong about them…
I thought permits are the ones that take time, they should have contacts in city to push permits through. If permits aren’t required, I heard 6 weeks is a plenty.
6 weeks is plenty if you have reliable contractors who prioritize your job. They usually juggle many.
Doesn’t take long to go pending.
