What is the issue with Historic Homes, Why Low Priced?

I see this home is kind of low priced (1890 built historic homes). Maintenance issue or restrictions?

Lots of restrictions on what you can change, how updates are done, etc.

Nope. Anything can be changed at a price.

But, sometimes, you got to think about this: The costs of putting back that home to its original condition if it burned down would be detrimental to both you and the insurance company. It’s all about costs of replacement. That is, if you are forced to replicate the same layout or put the original home back to where it was.

Ask the city.
